How hiring works

• Register for free and verify a business email
• Post a role directly, or paste a Seek or Trade Me link and we prefill it from your own advert
• We match candidates in your sector and region and show you their cards
• Tick the people you like, and we invite them to apply
• You receive full details only when a candidate applies to your role

We do not harvest or store data from Seek, Trade Me or other job sites. Where your role links to an external advert, we simply pass that link to matched candidates so they apply on your existing listing.
