Job-ready people across every major New Zealand sector opt in, build a profile, and choose their region and the kind of work they want. Employers search for who fits, but they only ever see a first name, a location, licences and a short bio. Nobody gets your surname, email or phone number until you decide to apply. It is recruitment without the cold calls and without handing your details to strangers.

Create a listing or paste a Seek or Trade Me link. We match candidates in that sector and region.

Employers see a first name, location, licences and a short bio, tick who they like, and we invite them. The candidate makes the first move.
