It takes under a minute and it is free. Employers see only your first name, location, licences and a short bio. Your surname, email and phone stay private until you choose to apply.

What each part of the form is for
First name. The only part of your name an employer ever sees. Your surname is not collected for the card and is not shown.
Email. This is how an invitation reaches you and how you keep control of your profile. It is never displayed to employers, never sold and never passed to a third party.
Region. Employers match on region, so choose where you can realistically work. If you would move for the right role, choose the flexible option, because willingness to relocate is scarce and regional employers notice it.
Sectors. Tick every sector you would genuinely take work in. Each one puts your card in front of a different group of employers, and in a smaller region that is often the difference between hearing about work this month and next quarter. If you are not sure, read the sector guides first.
Short bio. The only free text an employer reads, so it decides most invitations. Be plain and be specific: what you are after, what you can already do, what you are happy to learn. Concrete beats impressive.
Licences and endorsements. The highest signal item on the card. A driver licence class, an F endorsement for forklifts, W, R or T endorsements, a Site Safe or construction card, or a current first aid certificate each removes a cost and a delay for the employer. Tick only what you hold, since it will be checked.
What happens next
As soon as you join, your card is visible to verified employers hiring in your sector and region. Nothing may happen for a while, and that is normal, because it depends on someone hiring near you. When an employer likes your fit, they invite you to apply and you get the role details up front, so you can judge whether it is worth your time before writing anything. If you apply, your full details go to that one employer for that one role. If you do not, nothing changes and you stay in the pool.
Common questions about joining
How long does it take?
Under a minute. No CV to upload, no test, and no approval queue.
Is it free?
Yes, and it stays free. Nothing is ever taken from your pay.
Do I need a CV?
No. The pool works from a short profile. If you want a CV for a specific role later, the Quick CV and Cover Letter Builder can build one for that role.
Why do you need my email if employers cannot see it?
It is how an invitation reaches you and how the profile stays yours to update or withdraw. It is never displayed, sold or shared.
What happens after I join?
Your card becomes visible to verified employers hiring in your sector and region. When one likes your fit they invite you to apply, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Region, sectors, bio and licences can all be updated at any time, and you can withdraw whenever you like.
